Here are answers to some commonly asked questions about our party package rentals:

1. Is the backdrop package easy to transport?

Yes, our set of 3 backdrops is designed to be easily transported. Each backdrop comes in its own carry bag, ensuring convenient and organized transportation. Additionally, the backdrops are constructed of a lightweight aluminum alloy, making them easy to assemble. To assist you further, we provide a QR code that can be scanned to access our YouTube setup video, offering step-by-step instructions.

2. Are the backdrops easy to set up, how long do they take?

Yes, they're very easy to put together. They come in individual bags and are labeled which what each one is. They simply go together by just match up the numbers on the ends of the poles (1 goes to 1, 2 goes to 2, etc). We estimate it'll take about  15-30 min. To put the covers on you'll need two people as they are tight and can be hard to zip up on the bottom. 

3. Can you provide information on the size of the items in each package?

Certainly! We understand that it's essential to know the dimensions of the items to determine if they will fit in your vehicle. Each package includes a detailed list of the sizes of the included items. By referring to these dimensions, you can assess whether they will fit comfortably in your vehicle or if you may require additional transportation arrangements.

4. What if I need to cancel my order?

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. If you need to cancel your order, please note the following:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of booking: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of booking, we are happy to issue a full refund.

  • Cancellation after 24 hours of placing the order: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for orders cancelled after the initial 24-hour period.

4. What if I'm unable to return my rental by the scheduled return time?

If you find yourself unable to return the rental package by the scheduled return time, we kindly request that you email or call us as soon as possible to inform us of the situation. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

In such cases, a late fee of $50 per hour past the return time will be assessed. This fee is necessary to ensure that we have sufficient time to inspect, clean, and prepare the rental packages for the next customer. By adhering to the scheduled return time, we can maintain the quality and availability of our rental items for all our valued customers.

Please make every effort to communicate your estimated return time, and we'll work with you to find a solution that minimizes any inconvenience caused. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
